Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the execution of MEP works for Hospitality projects, including HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing & drainage, fire fighting, fire alarm, ELV, STP, WTP and allied services
• Review and coordinate MEP drawings, shop drawings, specifications, and BOQs in alignment with architectural and structural designs
• Coordinate with consultants, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure seamless integration of MEP services
• Monitor project schedules and ensure timely completion of MEP activities in line with the overall project plan
• Supervise on-site execution, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and approved specifications
• Conduct inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover of MEP systems
• Ensure compliance with statutory approvals, local authority norms, and safety regulations
• Identify risks, resolve technical issues, and manage changes during execution
