Job summary

PropChk in Mumbai is seeking an experienced MEP Engineer to lead the execution and quality assurance of all MEP works across HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing and Firefighting. You will review drawings, coordinate with consultants and contractors, conduct inspections, supervise testing and commissioning, and ensure compliance with IS codes, NBC and safety norms.

The role requires 5–8 years of site experience on high-rise residential projects and a B.E./B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Minimum 5–8 years of site execution & QC experience in high-rise residential projects.
• Knowledge of IS codes, NBC, safety, and QC/QA procedures.

Experience Required: Minimum 5 to 8 years of site execution & QC QA experience in High rise residential Projects.
Role Purpose:
Lead the execution and quality assurance of all MEP works (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, and Firefighting), ensuring compliance with project standards, timelines, and safety requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee execution of all MEP works at site.
Review drawings and coordinate with consultants and contractors.
Conduct inspections and implement QC checks.

Skills & Competencies:
Strong expertise in HVAC, Electrical, Firefighting, Plumbing & ELV systems.
Good knowledge of IS codes, NBC, safety, and QC QA procedures.
Excellent coordination, communication, and leadership skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project tracking tools.
Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
Minimum 5 to 8 years of site execution & QC experience. TPQI (Third-Party Quality Inspection) experience preferred.
