Job summary

Urban Vault is seeking an MEP Designer to develop and release accurate MEP drawings for workspace fit-out projects, with a strong focus on Revit-based design and documentation.

You will prepare HVAC, MEP, Fire Fighting and Alarm, and ELV layouts, coordinate models with Architecture and Project teams, and ensure designs meet NBC and fire safety standards. 4–8 years of MEP design experience and hands-on Revit MEP skills are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 4-8 years of MEP Design experience.
• Strong hands-on experience in Revit MEP and technical drawing development.
• Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, Plumbing and ELV systems.
• Experience in commercial interiors, corporate offices, coworking or managed workspaces.
• Good understanding of MEP coordination, BIM and technical documentation.
