Job summary

Fairgrowth Management Consultants Pvt. Ltd. seeks an experienced MEP Design Head to lead electrical, HVAC, plumbing, fire fighting and building services across large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use developments.

You will review designs, ensure compliance with NBC/IS codes and green building standards, and coordinate with architects, project teams and external consultants. Lead BIM reviews and mentor an in-house design team.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering is mandatory.
• Experience leading design and coordination across Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire & Building Services.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV designs.
• Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, ASHRAE, local regulations, and green building norms.
• Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, Project Teams and external MEP consultants.
• Lead BIM-based design reviews, clash detection, value engineering and design optimization.
• Evaluate technical submittals, materials specs and vendor proposals.
• Support statutory approvals, NOCs and occupancy-related clearances.
• Provide technical guidance during installation, testing, commissioning and execution.
• Build and mentor an in-house MEP design team and establish design standards.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced MEP Design Head to lead the design, coordination, and quality assurance of Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Building Services systems across large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments

Responsibilities

• Review and approve Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV designs
• Ensure compliance with NBC, IS Codes, ASHRAE standards, local authority regulations, and green building requirements
• Coordinate with Architects, Structural Consultants, Project Teams, and External MEP Consultant
• Drive BIM-based design reviews, clash detection, value engineering, and design optimization
• Evaluate and approve technical submittals, material specifications, and vendor proposal
• Support statutory approvals, NOCs, utility approvals, and occupancy-related clearance
• Provide technical guidance during installation, testing, commissioning, and project execution
• Build and mentor an in-house MEP design team while establishing design standards and best practice

Qualification

• B.E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
