Job summary

Navrang HR Solutions in Vadodara seeks an MEP Design Engineer to support the planning and design of pharmaceutical cleanrooms and related building services. You will ensure layouts and systems meet project requirements, standards, and GMP expectations.

You will develop and review MEP design deliverables, coordinate with architects and process engineers, and support design calculations, equipment schedules, and technical documents. Strong communication and reading drawings are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical cleanroom design and MEP coordination.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD; Revit/BIM knowledge is an advantage.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage design deliverables.
• Good communication, problem-solving and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and review MEP design deliverables for pharmaceutical projects, with a focus on cleanroom and controlled-environment facilities.
• Prepare and coordinate HVAC, plumbing, drainage, utility and other relevant MEP layouts and design documents.
• Coordinate with architectural, process, electrical and other engineering teams to resolve interface and layout issues.
• Support preparation and review of design calculations, equipment schedules, specifications, BOQs and technical documents, as applicable.
• Ensure designs align with project requirements, applicable codes, GMP principles and client specifications.
• Review vendor drawings, respond to technical queries and support site teams during execution when required.
