Job summary

SG OASIS HR CONSULTANCY PVT LTD is seeking a Design Manager – Electrical & ELV for projects across Commercial, Hotels, Malls, and Data Centres. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in Electrical & ELV design, managing high-value projects. Responsibilities include reviewing design reports, coordinating with contractors, and finalizing technical specifications.

The role offers a competitive CTC of ₹20-30 LPA based on current salary and relevant experience. Candidates without substantial project experience will not be considered.

Qualifications

• 10–12 years of experience in designing Electrical & ELV services for Commercial projects.
• Must have handled projects with a value of ₹500 Crore or above.
• Strong knowledge of Electrical & ELV design and project coordination.

Job description

Position: Design Manager – Electrical & ELV

Key Responsibilities

• Review Electrical & ELV (Fire Alarm, Public Address, CCTV, Voice & Data) Design Basis Reports (DBR), calculations, and drawings prepared by consultants, and provide technical inputs to eliminate design gaps and ensure optimum solutions
• Support the Contracts team in preparing cost estimates and project budgets by providing technical expertise and recommendations on system efficiency, durability, and cost optimization
• Prepare project budgets
• Finalize technical specifications, drawings, BOQs, and tender documents
• Float tenders, coordinate pre-bid meetings with vendors and contractors, and evaluate bids

Prepare techno-commercial comparisons

• Issue LOIs, Work Orders, and Purchase Orders as required
• Coordinate with contractors for shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements, and facilitate approvals
• Review and finalize shop drawings in coordination with MEP consultants and project architects
• Review finalized architectural drawings and ensure seamless integration of Electrical & ELV services

Candidate Profile

• BE / Diploma in Electrical Engineering
• 10–12 years of experience in designing Electrical & ELV services for Commercial, Hotels, Malls, Retail, Data Centre project
• Must have handled projects with a value of ₹500 Crore or above
• Candidates with only residential project experience will not be considered
• Strong knowledge of Electrical & ELV design, tendering, BOQ preparation, vendor management, and project coordination
• No accommodation would be provided for outstation candidate

Compensation

CTC: ₹20–30 LPA max (Depending on current salary and relevant experience)
