Job summary

Sunteck Realty is seeking an experienced MEP Design Lead for high-rise residential and commercial towers in Mumbai. You will manage MEP consultants, review designs from concept to GFC, and coordinate with architecture, structure and façade to resolve clashes using BIM.

The role requires hands-on expertise in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and Navisworks, with deep knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire systems, and compliance with local safety norms.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of MEP design experience with a developer or MEP consultant.
• Experience on high-rise residential or commercial towers.
• Hands-on with BIM tools and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEP consultants and review their designs from concept to GFC stage.
• Check design calculations for HVAC, electrical, plumbing and fire-fighting systems.

• Resolve site queries, approve shop drawings, and support testing, commissioning and handover.
• Lead and mentor the in-house MEP design team.

Desired candidate profile

• MEP design experience with a developer or MEP consultant, including 4+ years on high-rise residential or commercial towers.
• Working knowledge of all MEP services, with deep expertise in at least one.
• Hands-on with AutoCAD, Revit MEP and Navisworks.
• Experience with Mumbai fire and utility approvals.
• Redevelopment, SRA or green building experience is a plus.
