Job summary

Turner Construction Company is seeking skilled MEP BIM Engineers to deliver BIM-enabled projects through modeling, coordination, and collaboration in Navi Mumbai. Experience: 1–3 years. Location: Airoli, Navi Mumbai.

Responsibilities include developing MEP BIM models, performing clash detection, and coordinating with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure project standards and client requirements are met. BIM tools proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 lines of engineering experience in MEP BIM coordination and modeling.
• Familiarity with HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and maintain model quality.

Experience: 35 Years

Location: Airoli,Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage MEP BIM models using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform model coordination and clash detection using Navisworks.
• Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve design/construction conflicts.
• Ensure BIM models comply with project standards, client requirements, and BIM execution plans.
• Coordinate with MEP designers, architects, structural engineers, and site teams.
• Generate drawings, schedules, and model-based deliverables.
• Monitor model quality and maintain accurate project documentation.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in MEP BIM modeling and coordination.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP) and Navisworks Manage.
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
• Experience in clash detection, coordination workflows, and BIM standards.
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple project deliverables.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Experience working on commercial, residential, healthcare, or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of BIM 360/ACC and other BIM tools will be an added advantage.
