Cushman & Wakefield in India is seeking an MEP Assistant Manager (Data Center) to support the Project Manager in executing data centre projects, ensuring on-time delivery, budget compliance and adherence to quality and safety standards.

The role involves day-to-day management of construction activities, coordinating with contractors and internal teams, and monitoring schedules to ensure work aligns with approved drawings and specifications.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of data centre infrastructure and MEP systems.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Ability to work in fast-paced, mission‑critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day management of data centre construction activities.
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal teams.

• Ensure execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Support installation and coordination of critical systems such as UPS, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Protection, BMS, and ELV systems.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols.
• Track materials, manpower, and work fronts.
• Support preparation of progress reports and review meetings.
• Resolve routine site issues and escalate major concerns to Project Manager.
