Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Chennai is seeking a Planning Manager to lead data centre project scheduling from mobilization to handover, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment across interfaces.

Responsibilities include tracking progress, managing critical path, coordinating with MEP, BMS, IT, civil and vendors, forecasting resources, and generating dashboards for milestones.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Data Centre projects and 12+ years total experience.
• Experience in using MSP software.
• Diploma/ BE in Civil Engineering
• Should have completed end to end process of at least 3 data centres
