Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in India is seeking a Project Manager to lead QA/QC for data centre civil and structural works, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget, quality and safety standards.

You will coordinate with contractors, consultants and testing agencies, review ITPs and quality plans, and maintain thorough QA/QC documentation for project handover.

Qualifications

• Lead and manage the QA/QC function for all civil and structural works.
• Establish, implement, and monitor project QA/QC procedures.
• Review and approve contractor ITPs, method statements, quality plans, and inspection procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inspections and testing for earthworks, foundations, concrete, reinforcement, structural works, waterproofing.
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, applicable codes, and project quality requirements.
• Review material submittals, test certificates, laboratory reports, and quality documentation.
• Lead coordination with contractors, consultants, testing agencies, and the client on quality-related matters.
• Monitor and manage NCRs, observations, defects, and corrective/preventive actions.
• Conduct quality audits, inspections, and surveillance of construction activities.
• Review quality trends and implement corrective measures to prevent recurring defects.
• Maintain comprehensive quality records and ensure timely submission of QA/QC reports.
• Lead snagging, punch list closure, testing, and quality documentation for project handover.
