Drishti IAS is seeking a dedicated mentor to support UPSC/UPPSC aspirants in Prayagraj. You will guide students through their learning plans, schedule, and strategies, helping them handle preparation pressures with a supportive approach.

The role prioritizes strong communication and mentoring experience to foster student success in a demanding exam landscape.

Qualifications

• Must have appeared for at least 2 UPSC CSE Mains or 1 UPSC CSE Interview.
• Must have appeared for at least 2 UPPSC Mains attempts.
• Candidates who have appeared for the UPSC/UPPSC Interview will be preferred.
• Prior mentoring/counselling experience preferred.
• Good understanding of the UPSC/UPSC examination pattern, preparation strategy, and syllabus.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and student-handling skills.
