Job summary

Eduteria in Patna, India, invites compassionate counselling professionals to join our student advisory team. You will counsel students on courses, admissions, and career options, and handle calls to address inquiries.

You will assess student needs, guide them to suitable programs, follow up with leads to convert inquiries into admissions, and maintain records of sessions and progress. Strong communication in Hindi and basic English are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong communication in Hindi and basic English.
• 1–2 years counselling/telecalling experience preferred; freshers welcome.
• Convincing and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Knowledge of BPSC/UPSC or competitive exams is a plus.
