Sunrise Biztech Systems Pvt. Ltd. is urgently hiring for an Engineering - Validation Engineer 3 in Bangalore on a 9-month contract to perform memory validation and characterization for DDR5/LPDDR5 memory subsystems on AMD x86 SoCs. The role emphasizes developing automated validation workflows and cross-team collaboration.

The candidate will execute validation, debugging, and stress testing, and contribute to platform readiness across silicon milestones, BIOS, firmware, and system teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in functional validation of memory subsystems.
• Proficient in Python and Linux-based tooling.
• Familiarity with DDR5/LPDDR5 memory technologies.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute functional validation, debug, and characterization of DDR5/LPDDR5 memory subsystems on AMD x86 SoCs across multiple silicon milestones.
• Develop and run memory validation, margining, stress, and interoperability tests to ensure performance, reliability, and platform readiness.
• Perform Memory RAS validation including error injection, ECC, fault-handling, recovery, and reliability feature verification.
• Collaborate with silicon, BIOS, firmware, and platform teams to root-cause issues and automate validation workflows using Python and Linux-based tools.
