Job summary

Kotecha Steel Forge And Cast Industries is seeking a hands-on Foundry Shift Supervisor in Rajkot, Gujarat. You will lead shift-based production, oversee melting, moulding, core making, pouring and fettling, and ensure correct chemical composition, temperature, and inoculation of Cast Iron / SG Iron.

You will drive output with minimal defects, coordinate with Quality, Maintenance and Production teams, maintain reports on downtime and quality, uphold SOPs and 5S, and mentor operators for

Qualifications

• Experience in managing foundry shift operations.
• Ability to monitor melting, moulding, core making, pouring and fettling processes.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety norms and 5S in the foundry.
