• Develop and execute comprehensive medico-marketing strategies for assigned products/therapy areas.
• Provide high-level scientific support, product information, and clinical data to KOLs, physicians, and other stakeholders.
• Plan, organize, and conduct Continuous Medical Education (CME) programs, seminars, and advisory board meetings.
• Train and equip the field sales force with scientific knowledge, product updates, and effective communication tools.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and clinical literature to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Regulatory.
• Ensure all promotional activities and materials comply with regulatory guidelines and the company's ethical code of conduct.
