Responsibilities

• Organise training on products/services, scientific areas, brand and Divisional values, doctor-centric approach (SIMAC) and the medical, competitive and regulatory environment
• Define the continuing training plan
• Design and validate training tools and content
• Organize, manage, and drive training sessions. This includes selecting appropriate teachers/coaches and external training companies.
• • Monitor and verify the effective delivery of the training plan.
• Define team objectives and follow-up, in line with Medical Management
• • Assess team training needs
  • Establish clear educational objectives that are directly aligned with the brand and Divisional strategies.
  • Monitor, assess and carry out reporting on training
• Ensure that all training content and delivery adhere strictly to internal and external ethical standards, particularly concerning interactions and relationships with healthcare professionals.
• Carry out monitoring
• • Regularly update contents and implement innovative pedagogical methods
  • Ensure regulatory monitoring regarding mandatory training for targets
• Minimum 6-7 days of on-the-job training to MRs in the field, providing critical coaching and practical guidance on the application of SIMAC model

The Successful Applicant

• Education: Bachelor's degree, B. Pharma/Life sciences. An MBA will be desirable.
• Work Experience: Total exp of 5-7 years with minimum 4 years of experience as a trainer
• Past experience of medical detailing is desirable
