Job summary

Favisor in Bengaluru seeks a results-driven Medical Sales Executive to promote IVF and womens health products to doctors and clinics. You will visit IVF specialists, generate prescriptions, and drive usage while building strong professional relationships across the territory.

The role requires 1–5 years in pharma sales, travel within Bengaluru, and strong communication to convey product benefits. Freshers with aptitude may be considered for trainee roles.

Qualifications

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences or Commerce.
• 1–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.
• Experience in gynaecology, IVF, fertility or women’s health preferred.
• Willingness to travel within Bengaluru territory and own two-wheeler preferred.

Responsibilities

• Promote IVF, fertility and women's health products to doctors and clinics.
• Visit IVF specialists and gynaecologists as per coverage plan.
• Generate prescriptions and ensure regular usage of products.
• Identify high-potential doctors, clinics and pharmacies.
• Build strong relationships with doctors, staff, distributors and pharmacies.
• Communicate product benefits using approved marketing material.
• Ensure product availability at pharmacies, distributors and hospital counters.
• Meet monthly sales targets and doctor conversion targets.
• Maintain daily call and territory activity records.
• Participate in doctor meetings, product launches and CME activities.
• Work with Area Sales Manager to develop territory and key accounts.

Job description

Key Responsibilities

• Promote the companys IVF, fertility, and womens health product portfolio to doctors and clinics.


• Visit IVF specialists, infertility consultants, gynaecologists, obstetricians, maternity hospitals, and fertility centres as per the approved coverage plan.


• Generate prescriptions and ensure regular usage of company products.


• Identify high-potential doctors, clinics, and pharmacy purchase points in the assigned territory.


• Build strong professional relationships with doctors, clinic staff, purchase teams, and pharmacies.


• Communicate product benefits clearly using scientific promotional inputs and approved marketing material.


• Ensure product availability at relevant pharmacies, distributors, stockists, and hospital counters.


• Collect market feedback, competitor information, pricing inputs, and doctor feedback.


• Achieve monthly sales targets, product-wise targets, and doctor conversion targets.


• Maintain daily call reports, sales reports, doctor list, and territory activity records.


• Participate in doctor meetings, product launches, CME activities, and clinic-level promotional initiatives.


• Work closely with the Area Sales Manager to develop assigned territory and key accounts.

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in Science, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Commerce, or any relevant discipline.


• 1–5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience.


• Experience in gynaecology, IVF, fertility, women’s health, injectables, or specialty pharma will be preferred.


• Freshers with strong communication skills and interest in pharmaceutical sales may also be considered for trainee positions.


• Good communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to meet doctors, explain products, and build long-term relationships.


• Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.


• Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned Bengaluru territory.


• Two-wheeler with valid driving licence is preferred.


• Fluency in Kannada and English is preferred.
