Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Medical Representative role based in Bhopal. The Medical Representative will promote Umano Healthcare’s products in nutraceuticals, orthopedics, pain management, and gynecology to healthcare professionals and key stakeholders. Daily responsibilities include visiting doctors, clinics, and hospitals, detailing product benefits, managing territory coverage, and building long-term professional relationships. The role involves organizing and participating in promotional activities, maintaining accurate records of calls and sales, and ensuring timely follow-up to support prescriptions and product demand. The Medical Representative will collaborate with internal teams, provide market feedback, and work toward achieving sales targets while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Strong Medical Sales skills, including territory management and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to present products clearly and respond to healthcare provider needs.
• Foundational knowledge of Medicine and Pharmacy to understand product indications, benefits, and safety profiles.
• Preferably a bachelor’s degree in life sciences, pharmacy, or a related field.
• Previous experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical sales is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently in the field, manage schedules, and meet sales objectives.
• Proficiency in basic productivity tools (e.g., MS Office) and maintaining digital records and reports.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and attend training or meetings as required.
