HealthMinds is hiring a Medical Lead to oversee promotional pharma content for US markets. You will guide a writers’ team, perform final scientific checks, and plan content with clients. Remote in India with potential move to Bengaluru in 6 months; US shift 5:30 pm–3:00 am IST. Full-time.

You will ensure accuracy, prepare MLR-ready files in Veeva Vault PromoMats, and mentor writers while adapting global content for local markets.

Qualifications

• 7–11 years of medical writing with clear promotional pharma experience.
• Hands-on Veeva Vault PromoMats experience (required).
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of writers.
• Degree: MBBS, BDS, Pharm.D, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or a masters/PhD in life sciences.
• Medical writing with pharma or healthcare communications.
• Able to name the assets you wrote and provide references.

Responsabilités

• Write promotional content for pharma brands (emails, e-detailers, banners, web pages, social posts, video scripts).
• Write for doctors and patients, mostly for the US market.
• Find and read sources: clinical studies, prescribing information, treatment guidelines.
• Back every claim with a reference and annotate it correctly.
• Prepare files for MLR review in Veeva Vault PromoMats and implement reviewer changes.
• Adapt global content for local markets; check accuracy, references and grammar.
• Collaborate with PMs, designers, editors and reviewers to meet deadlines.

Job Summary

We are hiring a Medical Lead to work on promotional content for global pharma brands. You will lead a team of writers, do the final scientific check, plan content with the client and train writers. You will write for doctors and patients, mostly for the US market.

Work mode: Remote (India). You may be asked to move to Bengaluru and work from our office within the next 6 months. Shift: US shift, 5:30 pm to 3:00 am IST. Full time.

Responsibilities

• Write promotional content for pharma brands: emails, e-detailers (CLM), leave-behinds, banners, web pages, social posts and video scripts.
• Write for doctors (HCPs) and patients, mostly for the US market.
• Find and read the right sources: clinical studies, prescribing information, treatment guidelines.
• Back every claim with a reference and annotate it correctly.
• Prepare files for medical, legal and regulatory (MLR) review in Veeva Vault PromoMats, and make the changes reviewers ask for.
• Adapt approved global content for local markets.
• Check your own work for accuracy, references, grammar and consistency before you submit it.
• Work with project managers, designers, editors and reviewers to meet deadlines.

What you must have

• 7 to 11 years of medical writing, with clear promotional pharma experience.
• Hands-on Veeva Vault PromoMats experience (required).
• Experience leading or mentoring a team of writers.
• Japanese language skills are a plus, not a must.
• Degree: MBBS, BDS, Pharm.D, B.Pharm, M.Pharm, or a masters or PhD in life sciences.
• Medical writing experience with a pharma company or a healthcare communications agency.
• Hands-on promotional writing for pharma brands. You must be able to name the assets you wrote.
• At least one digital asset in your work: email, e-detailer, banner or web page.
• Good referencing and annotation skills (AMA style).
• Clear written and spoken English.
• Willing to work the US shift (5:30 pm to 3:00 am IST) on a long-term basis.

Good to have

• Veeva Vault PromoMats experience (required for Senior Medical Writer and Medical Lead).
• Content written for the US market.
• Oncology experience. Other areas are also welcome: immunology, haematology, cardiology, neurology, nephrology (kidney care), vaccines, rare diseases.
• Experience writing for medical device brands.
• Open to moving to Bengaluru within 6 months.
• Can join immediately or within 45 days.
