Orcapod Consulting Services is seeking AR HB Medical Claims Analysts in Chennai for US healthcare AR calling and claims follow-up. The role requires strong English communication, office-based work, and US shift readiness.

Experience in HB/PB billing is preferred and 1–3 years of relevant AR experience is desired. Role involves coordinating with insurance and other parties to resolve claim issues, maintaining documentation, and meeting productivity/quality targets.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation of follow-up activities.

Job Summary

We are looking for AR HB – Medical Claims Analysts / AR Callers with experience in the US Healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and hands‑on experience in Accounts Receivable, medical claims, hospital billing, and/or physician billing.

Experience

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in US Healthcare / Medical Billing / AR
• Experience with HB (Hospital Billing) and PB (Physician Billing) preferred
• Candidates with relevant AR Calling / Voice Process experience are preferred

• Work Mode: Work from Office – 5 days a week
• Shift: US Shift – 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM

Key Responsibilities
