Job summary

JobItUs is seeking a Medical Charge Entry - Biller in Vadodara with 3–4 years of hands-on billing experience. You will enter patient charges based on clinical documentation, review notes, and ensure coding accuracy. Familiarity with CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM and HIPAA compliance is essential.

Responsibilities include resolving charge discrepancies, reviewing charges before submission, and coordinating with coding and billing teams using EHR/EMR and billing software.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in medical charge entry.
• Knowledge of CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM coding.
• Understanding of modifiers, units and payer requirements.
• Experience with HIPAA compliance.
