Acumen 360 Consulting & HR Solutions is seeking a Medical Charge Entry -Biller with 3-4 years of experience in Vadodara, India. You will enter patient charges from clinical documentation and review notes, superbills, and charge tickets for completeness while ensuring CPT/HCPCS/ICD-10-CM accuracy.

You will verify codes, modifiers, units, and service dates, resolve charge discrepancies, and ensure compliance with payer guidelines.
