Seeking an experienced Charge Entry Executive with strong knowledge in Hospital Billing. Candidates must be willing to work in day and night shifts and possess strong knowledge of hospital billing processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter patient charges, procedures, diagnoses, and billing information.
• Review and validate charge details before claim submission.
• Identify and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Coordinate with coding, billing, and accounts receivable teams.
• Meet productivity and quality targets.
• Maintain compliance with hospital policies and payer requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong Hospital Billing and Charge Entry experience.
• Knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding concepts.
• Good analytical, data entry, and communication skills.
• Experience with Hospital Information Systems (HIS) and billing software.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
