Job summary

PiWheel is seeking a Media Specialist/Sr. Media Specialist to lead paid search advertising on Amazon and other e-commerce channels. You will manage campaigns, optimize performance and deliver results for clients, driving traffic, sales and revenue growth.

You will partner with strategy, product and content teams, monitor key metrics like CTR and ROAS, and implement bid strategies within budget. A strong e-commerce background and relevant certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years managing Amazon paid search campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of the Amazon Advertising platform.
• Certifications are an added advantage.

You will drive our paid search advertising strategy on Amazon as a paid search consultant and specialist, managing campaigns, optimising performance and delivering results for clients.

• Develop and monitor paid search campaigns on e-commerce and quick-commerce channels (for example Amazon and Flipkart) to grow traffic, sales and revenue.
• Research keywords and analyse campaigns to find high-potential search terms and improve targeting.
• Track CTR, conversion rate, ROAS and campaign profitability, and implement bid strategies within budget.
• Lead client relationships, build media strategies around their business goals, and deliver regular performance updates.
• Work with the strategy, product and content teams to align paid search with business objectives.
• Stay on top of Amazon paid search changes, and carry out competitor analysis in the Amazon marketplace.

You have

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, business or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Retail Media Specialist or similar role, with 4+ years managing Amazon paid search campaigns.
• In-depth knowledge of the Amazon Advertising platform. Experience with other ad tools is a plus.
• Proficient with Amazon Advertising Console, AMS and Amazon DSP. Certifications are an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills, and experience with bid management tools and campaign optimisation.
• Excellent communication and client servicing skills, and the ability to manage several campaigns at once.
• Prior experience in e-commerce is a must.
