You will identify and qualify leads, conduct presentations, prepare proposals, negotiate and close deals, and manage key client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaigns and deliver measurable value.

Qualifications

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Media Sales Manager (Media/Digital/Ad Sales) role based in Mumbai. The Media Sales Manager will drive revenue growth by selling media and digital advertising solutions to brands, agencies, and relevant partners using NoBrokerHood’s community and marketplace platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying and qualifying leads, conducting sales presentations, preparing proposals, negotiating and closing deals, and managing key client accounts to ensure long-term partnerships. The role involves collaborating with internal teams such as product, marketing, and operations to design effective media packages, optimize campaign performance, and deliver measurable value to clients. The Media Sales Manager will be expected to track sales metrics, maintain accurate pipelines, and provide regular market insights and feedback to support the company’s growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Media Sales and Digital/Ad Sales skills, with proven experience in selling media or advertising solutions.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales and Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, pipeline management, and closing revenue-generating opportunities.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow relationships with key clients and partners.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Relevant skills and qualifications such as experience in prop-tech, digital media, or ad-tech industries; familiarity with campaign metrics and analytics; and a data-driven approach to sales will be beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, along with prior experience in media or digital sales in the Mumbai market, will be advantageous.
