Job summary

Duruper in Mumbai seeks an experienced Mechanical Procurement Quality Control Engineer to oversee supplier quality, vendor inspections and compliance of procured mechanical materials and equipment with project specifications and industry standards.

You will conduct vendor inspections, review ITPs and QA documentation, verify certificates and ensure adherence to codes, while coordinating actions with vendors and internal teams to close non-conformities and maintain records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years total quality-related experience, including 7+ years in Mechanical Procurement Quality Control.
• Experience with leading EPC companies such as L&T, Tecnimont, JGC, Técnicas Reunidas, Technip, Bechtel or Saipem.

• Experience with leading EPC companies such as L&T, Tecnimont, JGC, Técnicas Reunidas, Technip, Bechtel or Saipem.
• Strong experience in vendor inspection, manufacturing quality and mechanical equipment/materials.
• Must be immediately available for mobilization as per project requirements.
