Ramky Sustainability Solutions Hyderabad in Hyderabad is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Supervisor responsible for overseeing and managing mechanical maintenance activities across boilers, turbines, generators, ACC, BOP, and related systems to ensure reliable, safe, and efficient plant operation.

You will monitor equipment performance, analyze data, forecast spares, control maintenance costs, supervise daily operations, and ensure compliance with safety norms.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor mechanical equipment such as 24 MW turbine, generator, ACC, BOP, and boiler area to ensure reliable operation.
• Forecast spares required to maintain plant operations and manage inventory and costs.
• Oversee daily mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring safety norms and adherence to maintenance schedules.

Job description

Objective:

Responsible for overseeing and managing the mechanical maintenance activities, ensuring the

efficient and reliable operation of mechanical equipment and systems, contributing to the overall performance and productivity

• Ensure running of equipment, boiler, turbine, and other auxiliary equipment.
• Ensure full load operation by optimizing auxiliary consumption & maintaining operating parameters.
• Forecast spares required to maintain and operate the plant without any halt and development of spares indigenously.
• Manage daily operations and ensure safety-related norms to avoid further miss.
• Troubleshoot and maintain mechanical equipment like 24 MW Turbine, Generator, ACC, BOP & boiler area.
• Budgeting and control of maintenance costs and inventory.

Maintaining and analysing equipment data and historical records to predict maintenance or capital need.
