The role supports uninterrupted production, quality, safety, and delivery commitments. Responsibilities include maintaining presses, air systems, pumps, boilers, and utility networks; performing root cause analyses; creating preventive schedules; and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 3-5 years of experience in Mechanical Maintenance within automotive manufacturing environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and lubrication systems of press machines.
• Analyse recurring failures and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain air compressors, cooling towers, chillers, DG sets, pumps, boilers, water treatment systems, and utility piping networks.
• Prepare preventive maintenance schedules and checklists.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for major breakdowns.
• Maintain maintenance records, reports, and equipment history Card.
• Maintenance of RO plant, Hydraulic Press machine, Moulding machine & all kind of utility equipment's.

• Experience in handling production equipment and utility maintenance in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Requirements

• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts, including permanent/extended night shifts as per business requirements.
• Candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced automotive manufacturing environment.
