Paracoat Products Ltd. in Talegaon Dabhade, Maharashtra, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to ensure uninterrupted plant operation by preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery.

The role focuses on hydraulic press and pneumatic system upkeep, mechanical assembly, and alignment, with a strong emphasis on safety and quality standards. The ideal candidate holds an ITI Fitter qualification with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in mechanical or industrial maintenance

Qualifications

• ITI Fitter mandatory.
• 4-6 years in mechanical maintenance or industrial maintenance in manufacturing/engineering industries.
• Hands-on experience with machine maintenance and fitting activities.

• Hydraulic press maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Pneumatic system maintenance (FRL units, cylinders, valves).
• Mechanical assembly and alignment.
• Bearing, gearbox, coupling and chain drive maintenance.
• Air compressor maintenance.
• Chiller maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Cooling tower maintenance.
• Boiler and thermopack maintenance.
• Water treatment/RO plant maintenance.
• DG set mechanical maintenance.

Purpose of the Role

To support smooth plant operations by carrying out preventive and breakdown maintenance of production machinery and equipment, ensuring machine availability, minimizing downtime, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Hydraulic press maintenance and troubleshooting
• Pneumatic system maintenance (FRL units, cylinders, valves)
• Mechanical assembly and alignment
• Bearing, gearbox, coupling and chain drive maintenance Air compressor maintenance
• Chiller maintenance and troubleshooting
• Cooling tower maintenance
• Boiler and thermopack maintenance
• Water treatment / RO plant maintenance
• DG set mechanical maintenance

Qualification & Experience

Qualification: ITI Fitter (Mandatory)

Experience: 4-6 Years in Mechanical Maintenance, Machine Maintenance, Production Maintenance, or Industrial Maintenance within Automotive, Auto Components, Manufacturing, or Engineering Industries.

Additional Requirements

• Candidate must be willing to work in rotational shifts and night shifts.
• Experience in Automotive / Auto Component Manufacturing will be preferred.
• Hands-on experience in machine maintenance and fitting activities is required.
