Job summary

Satus Smart Solutions in Hyderabad, India, is seeking a Mechanical Integration & Test Engineer with 3–7 years of experience to support aerospace structural integration and testing.

You will perform mechanical integration, assembly, alignment, and dimensional inspection of aerospace structures, support load test setups, and work with strain gauges, load cells, displacement sensors, and data acquisition systems, ensuring quality and traceability.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in mechanical integration, structural testing, or aerospace hardware development.
• Experience with engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Aerospace/Space/Defence structural testing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform mechanical integration, assembly, alignment, fit checks, and dimensional inspection of aerospace structures.
• Support structural load test setup and execution, including development, qualification, and acceptance testing.
• Work with strain gauges, load cells, displacement sensors, and data acquisition systems.
• Prepare test fixtures, load introduction hardware, and reaction structures.
• Support hydraulic actuator/load control systems and test operations.
• Prepare test procedures, reports, and integration documentation.
• Ensure configuration control, safety, quality, and hardware traceability.

• Perform mechanical integration, assembly, alignment, fit checks, and dimensional inspection of aerospace structures.
• Support structural load test setup and execution, including development, qualification, and acceptance testing.
• Work with strain gauges, load cells, displacement sensors, and data acquisition systems.
• Prepare test fixtures, load introduction hardware, and reaction structures.
• Support hydraulic actuator/load control systems and test operations.
• Prepare test procedures, reports, and integration documentation.
• Ensure configuration control, safety, quality, and hardware traceability.

Requirements:

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Aerospace Engineering or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Hands‑on experience in mechanical integration, structural testing, or aerospace hardware development.
• Good knowledge of engineering drawings and GD&T.
• Aerospace/Space/Defence structural testing experience is preferred.
• Experience with composite structures, hydraulic test systems, instrumentation, or structural test automation will be an added advantage.
