Job summary

MMK is seeking a Mechanical Inspection Engineer in Indore (M.P) with 10+ years of BE/B.Tech or 12 years with Diploma in Mechanical, Production, or Metallurgy. Responsibilities include inspecting equipment, columns and structures, ensuring QC and fabrication inspections, and compliance with ASME codes.

NDT Level II certification preferred and prior experience with third-party inspectors or manufacturing industries is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in inspection of Equipment’s, Columns and Structures
• Strong knowledge of Quality Control and fabrication inspection
• Good knowledge of ASME Section II, V, VIII & IX -Division 1 & 2
• NDT Level II certification in RT, UT, PT & MT
• Experience with a Third-Party Inspection Agency or Manufacturing Industry will be preferred

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections as per approved ITP, drawings and technical specifications
• Carry out fabrication, material, dimensional and quality inspections
• Review relevant quality and inspection documents
• Prepare inspection reports and issue Release Notes
• Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards and project requirements
