IRCLASS Systems and Solutions is seeking an Inspection Engineer Mechanical in Bengaluru, Karnataka. The role involves leading third party inspections at manufacturing facilities and project sites, reviewing drawings and QAPs, and ensuring compliance with standards and documentation.

The candidate should have a BE/B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering, ASNT Level II certification in RT/UT/MT/PT, and a minimum of 5 years in QA/QC, TPI, heavy engineering.

Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• ASNT Level II Certification in RT, UT, MT & PT (Mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years in QA/QC, Third Party Inspection (TPI), structural fabrication, pressure equipment, piping, or heavy engineering.
• Knowledge of international codes, QAPs, ITPs, NCRs, and inspection documentation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Third Party Inspections at manufacturing facilities and project sites.
• Review technical documents, drawings, QAPs, and standards.
• Perform stage-wise inspections, witness tests, verify material traceability and NDT reports.
• Prepare inspection reports, manage NCRs, and coordinate with clients and manufacturers.
