Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced HVAC BIM Designer to create and manage BIM models and drawings for complex projects in the built environment. You will generate 2D drawings from 3D models, coordinate with multiple discipline teams, and update designs based on feedback from construction and engineering inputs.

Your Role

• Create and manage HVAC BIM models & Drawings based on engineering inputs.
• Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free models.
• Update models to reflect design changes and construction feedback.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
