Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre (GTC) seeks an experienced HVAC BIM Designer to create and manage BIM models and drawings across multi-disciplinary projects. You will generate 2D drawings from 3D models and coordinate with other disciplines to ensure clash-free, integrated designs.

Requires 10–15 years in HVAC BIM with strong CAD/BIM proficiency. You will work within a hybrid environment, applying industry standards and delivering high-quality, well-documented drawings with minimal

Overview

Your Role

• Create and manage HVAC BIM models & Drawings based on engineering inputs.
• Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free models.
• Update models to reflect design changes and construction feedback.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

• Able to use engineering calculations to create accurate drawings and 3D models.

• Confident in presenting technical work.
• Familiar with standard codes and EDMS tools.
• Flexible with tasks and work locations.
• Delivers assigned tasks on time and within budget.
• BIM HVAC Designer with relevant Diploma/Engineering as required.
• Deliver high-quality HVAC BIM and CAD models/drawings with minimal supervision.
• Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related discipline with 10-15 years of experience
