Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre (GTC) in Mumbai seeks a seasoned BIM Electrical Designer to develop Electrical BIM models and 2D drawings from 3D data, coordinating with multiple disciplines to ensure clash-free models and adherence to project standards.

Bring 10–15 years in mechanical/electrical CAD/BIM, strong reading of drawings, and excellent communication. You will contribute to a hybrid working culture with timely, compliant design delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Engineering degree in Mechanical or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Overview

AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre (GTC) is at the forefront of transforming how projects are delivered across the built environment. Your Role

• Create and manage Electrical BIM models & Drawings based on engineering inputs.


• Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models.


• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free models.


• Update models to reflect design changes and construction feedback.


• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

• Familiar with standard codes and EDMS tools.


• Flexible with tasks and work locations.

• BIM Electrical Designer with relevant Diploma/Engineering as required.


• Deliver high-quality Electrical BIM and CAD models/drawings with minimal supervision.


• Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related discipline with 10-15 years of experience
