Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre is seeking a seasoned BIM HVAC Designer to create and manage HVAC BIM models and drawings based on engineering inputs. You will generate 2D drawings from 3D models and coordinate with multi-discipline teams to maintain clash-free, integrated models.

The role requires advanced CAD/BIM knowledge, the ability to interpret drawings, and 10–15 years of relevant mechanical discipline experience, with flexible work location within a hybrid or contingent setup.

Your Role

• Create and manage HVAC BIM models & Drawings based on engineering inputs.
• Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free models.
• Update models to reflect design changes and construction feedback.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

• BIM HVAC Designer with relevant Diploma/Engineering as required.
• Deliver high-quality HVAC BIM and CAD models/drawings with minimal supervision.
• Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related discipline with 10-15 years of experience
