Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre seeks an experienced Electrical BIM Designer to create and manage electrical BIM models and drawings from engineering inputs. The role involves coordinating across disciplines to ensure clash-free models and producing 2D drawings from 3D data.

Candidates should have a Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related field with 10–15 years of experience, and be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools, with a strong eye for detail and quality.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related discipline is required.
• 10–15 years of experience in Electrical BIM/CAD design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM tools to deliver models and drawings.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of industry CAD/BIM standards and EDMS tools.

Your Role

• Create and manage Electrical BIM models & Drawings based on engineering inputs.
• Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free models.
• Update models to reflect design changes and construction feedback.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
