Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking an experienced BIM HVAC designer to create and manage HVAC BIM models and drawings for multidisciplinary projects in Bengaluru. You will generate 2D drawings from 3D models, coordinate with other disciplines to ensure clash-free designs, and update models with design changes and construction feedback.

The role requires strong CAD/BIM proficiency, the ability to interpret complex engineering drawings, and independent work capability.

Qualifications

Your role

• Create and manage HVAC BIM models & Drawings based on engineering inputs.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD , Revit and BIM tools (e.g., Diroots, Pyrevit).

• Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specs.
• Able to use engineering calculations to create accurate drawings and 3D models.
• Knowledge of building design in multi-discipline, project-driven environments.

• Capable of checking and validating design work.
• Confident in presenting technical work.
• Familiar with standard codes and EDMS tools.
• Flexible with tasks and work locations.
• Delivers assigned tasks on time and within budget.

Qualification

• BIM HVAC Designer with relevant Diploma/Engineering as required.
• Deliver high-quality HVAC BIM and CAD models/drawings with minimal supervision.
• Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related discipline with 7 years of experience
