Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre (GTC) in Mumbai seeks an experienced BIM Electrical Designer to create and manage Electrical BIM models and drawings from engineering inputs. You will generate 2D drawings from 3D models, coordinate with other disciplines, and ensure integrated, clash-free models across projects.

The role demands strong CAD/BIM expertise, proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, Diroots and Pyrevit, plus the ability to interpret engineering drawings and specs.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Engineering degree in Mechanical or related discipline.
• 10–15 years of experience in Electrical BIM design.
• Advanced CAD and BIM knowledge.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM tools.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specs.
• Willingness to work across locations and adapt to project needs.

Your Role

• Create and manage Electrical BIM models & Drawings based on engineering inputs.


• Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models.


• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free models.


• Update models to reflect design changes and construction feedback.


• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

• BIM Electrical Designer with relevant Diploma/Engineering as required.


• Deliver high-quality Electrical BIM and CAD models/drawings with minimal supervision.


• Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related discipline with 10-15 years of experience
