Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Global Technology Centre seeks a BIM Electrical Designer to create and manage electrical BIM models and drawings for complex projects in a collaborative environment.

You will generate 2D drawings from 3D models, coordinate with other disciplines, perform quality checks, and reflect design changes with minimal supervision while adhering to industry standards and EDMS tools.

Qualifications

• Strong CAD/BIM technical knowledge and ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and BIM tools; capable of reading engineering drawings and applying industry standards.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative; good problem‑solving and time management.

Your Role

• Create and manage Electrical BIM models & Drawings based on engineering inputs.
• Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free models.
• Update models to reflect design changes and construction feedback.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

• Familiar with standard codes and EDMS tools.

BIM Electrical Designer with relevant Diploma/Engineering as required.

Deliver high-quality Electrical BIM and CAD models/drawings with minimal supervision.

Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related discipline with 10-15 years of experience
