Your role

Responsibilities include:

• Create and manage HVAC BIM models & drawings based on engineering inputs.
• Generate 2D drawings and documentation from 3D models.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure integrated, clash-free models.
• Update models to reflect design changes and construction feedback.
• Perform quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.

Requirements

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and BIM tools (e.g., Diroots, Pyrevit).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Understands and applies industry, client, and internal CAD/BIM standards.
• Skilled in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specs.
• Able to use engineering calculations to create accurate drawings and 3D models.
• Knowledge of building design in multi-disciplinary, project-driven environments.
• Actively pursues self-development.
• Capable of checking and validating design work.Confident in presenting technical work.
• Familiar with standard codes and EDMS tools.
• Flexible with tasks and work locations.
• Delivers assigned tasks on time and within budget.

Qualification

BIM HVAC Designer with relevant Diploma/Engineering as required.

Deliver high-quality HVAC BIM and CAD models/drawings with minimal supervision.

Diploma or Engineering Degree in Mechanical or related discipline with 7 years of experience.
