Job summary

Natobotics Technologies in Pune seeks an experienced Mechanical Engineer to lead NPD design and sustenance activities for medical devices. Strong CAD skills in Creo, SolidWorks, AutoCAD and Windchill, with SAP and PLM experience, are required.

You will create 3D models and drawings per ASME Y14.5M, support VAVE projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust, manufacturable designs.

Qualifications

• Experience in New Product design and sustenance for medical devices.
• Proficient CAD skills with Creo, Windchill, SAP and PLM systems.
• Creation of 3D models and drawings per ASME Y14.5M-1994 using SolidWorks, Creo and AutoCAD.
• 3D and surface modeling for plastics, die cast and tool components.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders on NPD and VAVE projects.

Job description

Experience: 5 to 8 years

Mechanical Engineering

Required Skill Set

• Strong knowledge in New Product design and development, as well as sustenance engineering activities for medical devices.
• Highly proficient in CAD, good experience and proficiency in Creo, Windchill, SAP
• Familiar with Product Data Management (PDM) or Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
• Secondary SolidWorks & AutoCAD.
• Knowledge of LVMCC panel added advantage.
• Design support for VAVE projects and NPD
• Good knowledge in the creation of 3d models and drawings as per ASME Y14.5M-1994 using SolidWorks, Creo, and AutoCAD.
• Experience in the creation of 3d & surface modelling related to plastics, die cast, and press tool components.
• Experience in the creation of 3D models, extraction of core and cavity, electrodes, building concepts, creating mold assembly, and creating drawings for manufacturing.
• Skilled in concept generation and excels in creative problem-solving.
• In-depth Mechanical Engineering design and analysis skills, including demonstrated capability in structural analysis of molded parts.
• Good knowledge of SAP and E matrix.
• Demonstrate proficiency in Design for Manufacturability (DFM), Design for Assembly (DFA).
• Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders effectively.
• tools such as Windchill.
