Allied Blenders & Distillers Ltd. is seeking a Maintenance Executive for their Bilari–Moradabad site.

The role focuses on ensuring uninterrupted operation of IMFL bottling and utilities through preventive and breakdown maintenance, with emphasis on TPM/TRACC and strict adherence to SHE and GMP standards. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of relevant IMFL bottling maintenance experience, a BE/BTech in Mechanical/Production Eng or related field, and strong ERP/MS Excel skills.

Qualifications

• BE / BTech in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.
• 4–5 years of relevant experience in IMFL bottling maintenance/utilities.
• Knowledge of TPM / TRACC methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance for bottling lines and utilities.
• Monitor line efficiency, machine health, and utility performance.
• Coordinate line setup, changeovers, and shutdown maintenance with production teams.
• Maintain calibration and validation records; ensure GMP compliance.

Position Title - Maintenance Executive

Location - Bilari - Moradabad

Reporting To - Head Production & Engineering

JOB PURPOSE

To ensure efficient maintenance and uninterrupted operation of IMFL bottling and utility systems through preventive and breakdown maintenance, critical spare planning, continuous improvement initiatives, and adherence to SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) and Quality standards.

KEY RESULT AREAS (KRAs)

• Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for bottling machines and utilities.
• Ensure smooth operation of bottling lines to achieve daily and monthly production targets.
• Monitor machine health, line efficiency, and utility performance.
• Reduce breakdown frequency through root cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with production teams during line setup, changeovers, and shutdown maintenance.
• Maintain utilities such as compressors, boilers, pumps, DG sets, conveyors, and electrical systems.
• Ensure availability of machines during production schedules.
• Reduce Machine Downtime.
• OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency)

• Plan and maintain critical spare inventory and coordinate procurement activities.
• Control repair & maintenance costs and optimize machine operating costs.
• Monitor consumption of utilities like water, electricity, steam, and compressed air.
• Ensure effective utilization of manpower, tools, and engineering resources.
• Prepare maintenance budgets and monitor variance against actual expenses.
• Identify cost‑saving opportunities and energy‑saving initiatives.
• Reduce wastage through better maintenance planning and machine care.
• Implement SHE (Safety, Health & Environment) standards across engineering operations.
• Ensure safe working practices during maintenance activities.
• Conduct hazard identification and risk assessments.
• Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions and implement CAPA.
• Promote safety culture and conduct toolbox talks/trainings.
• Maintain integrity, discipline, and ethical compliance in all maintenance activities.
• Ensure proper waste disposal and pollution control measures.
• Drive TPM/TRACC initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
• Implement Kaizen activities to improve productivity and machine reliability.
• Analyze bottlenecks and improve line balancing and operational efficiency.
• Develop SOPs, checklists, and maintenance schedules.
• Maintain maintenance records, logs, and MIS reports.
• Train operators and technicians on autonomous maintenance practices.
• Monitor KPIs and prepare monthly engineering performance reports.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance systems.
• Understanding of TPM / TRACC methodologies.
• Experience in IMFL bottling operations and utilities.
• Knowledge of FSMS, HACCP, FSSAI, ISO 22000, ISO 14001 & ISO 45001.
• Good understanding of ERP systems and MS Excel.
• B.E. / B. Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related field.
• 4 - 5 years of relevant experience in IMFL Bottling Maintenance / Utilities.
