Responsibilities

• Maintain and update maintenance documentation including logbooks, check sheets, SOPs, and WI.
• Carry out breakdown and preventive maintenance of packing lines and utilities equipment.
• Coordinate maintenance activities during shifts and manage manpower.
• Troubleshoot and maintain dairy/food processing equipment such as homogenizers, pasteurizers, freezers, lines, tunnels, and cup filling machines.
• Perform maintenance of utilities and mechanical equipment like pumps, compressors, chillers, dryers, boilers, pipelines, gears, bearings, conveyors.
• Apply basic mechanical fitting tools and measuring instruments effectively.
• Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed and troubleshoot equipment breakdowns timely.
• Follow basic safety procedures and GMP while carrying out maintenance work.
• Coordinate with production and other departments to minimize equipment downtime.

• Carry out breakdown and preventive maintenance of packing lines and utility equipment.
• Handle manpower and coordinate maintenance activities during shifts.
• Troubleshoot and maintain dairy/food processing equipment, including:
• Homogenizers
• Pasteurizers
• Continuous Freezers
• Candy & Cone Lines
• Hardening Tunnels
• Cup Filling Machines
• Perform maintenance of utility and mechanical equipment such as:
• Pumps
• Compressors
• Chillers
• Dryers
• Boilers
• Pipelines and fittings
• Gearboxes
• Bearings
• Conveyors
• Have good knowledge of mechanical fitting tools and measuring instruments.
• Ensure proper execution of preventive maintenance schedules and timely troubleshooting of equipment breakdowns.
• Follow basic safety procedures and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) while carrying out maintenance activities.
