Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in industrial electrical maintenance.
• Familiarity with electrical diagrams, schematics, and testing instruments.
• Knowledge of PLC, VFD, and automation systems.
• Safety protocols like LOTO, PPE usage, arc flash, etc.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems, motors, panels, and machinery.
• Troubleshoot electrical faults and restore operations in minimal time.
• Maintain and repair HV/LV panels, transformers, drives (VFDs), PLCs, and generators.
• Inspect, test, and calibrate electrical components and systems.
• Maintain documentation of daily maintenance activities, repair logs, and equipment history.
• Coordinate with production teams to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, codes, and company policies.
• Assist in energy audits and implement energy-saving initiatives.
• Support installation and commissioning of new electrical equipment.
• Work with vendors or contractors for specialized electrical work.
