Job summary

Sai Group is seeking an Electrical & Maintenance Head located in Ahmedabad with 5+ years of experience in fan/rotating equipment industries. The role requires BE/BTech in Electrical/Electrical & Electronics and hands-on leadership of electrical maintenance teams.

You will manage power distribution, drive energy-saving initiatives, ensure safety/compliance, and lead maintenance across CNCs, cranes and welding systems. Excellent technical and supervisory skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Industry preference: Fan / Pump / Steel / Heavy Engineering.
• Experience in fan/rotating equipment industries preferred.
• Strong electrical maintenance and safety knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Manage HT/LT panels, transformers, DG, UPS, stabilizers & plant power distribution.
• Handle MCCs, VFDs, soft starters, PLC interlocks & electrical troubleshooting.
• Lead preventive & predictive maintenance of CNC machines, balancing machines, welding systems, cranes, compressors & paint booths.
• Implement CMMS, MTBF/MTTR, RCA, FMEA, 5-Why & annual shutdown maintenance.
• Lead electricians, fitters & maintenance supervisors.
• Ensure electrical safety, earthing, lightning protection & statutory compliance.
• Drive energy-saving initiatives and equipment reliability improvements.
• Handle CEIG inspection, electrical license renewal & transformer testing.
