Role Description

System Design: Create detailed plans for HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), power distribution, lighting, fire safety, water supply, and drainage

Site Supervision: Inspect construction work to verify that installations match approved engineering drawings and safety regulations

Cross-Team Coordination: Work alongside architects, structural engineers, and general contractors to prevent spatial conflicts using tools like Revit MEP and AutoCAD

Testing & Commissioning: Run diagnostic checks, pressure tests, and operational assessments before handing over the building

Sustainability & Audits: Optimize energy consumption, calculate load requirements, and recommend eco‑friendly building practices.

Qualifications

• Competence in using CAD/BIM tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit or similar) for MEP modeling and documentation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
• Prior experience with commercial and residential projects in India is an advantage.
