Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing and assembly drawings from designs.
• Develop and maintain Bills of Materials (BoM).
• Apply GD&T standards in drawings for accuracy and interchangeability.
• Perform tolerance stack‑up analysis to ensure fit and manufacturability.
• Maintain drawing revision control using PLM systems.
• Support design engineers with updated engineering drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and production teams to resolve issues.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Mechanical Draftsman with 2–5 years of experience in preparing detailed engineering drawings and supporting product development activities. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in creating accurate 2D manufacturing drawings, applying GD&T principles, performing tolerance stack-up analysis, creating Bills of Materials (BoM), and working with PLM systems. A strong understanding of manufacturing processes and Design for Manufacturing (DFM) is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed 2D manufacturing and assembly drawings based on engineering designs.
• Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BoM).
• Apply Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) standards in engineering drawings.
• Perform tolerance stack-up analysis to ensure proper fit, function, and manufacturability.
• Maintain design documentation and revision control using PLM systems.
• Support design engineers by preparing and updating engineering drawings.
• Ensure drawings comply with company standards and manufacturing requirements.
• Coordinate with design, manufacturing, and production teams to resolve drawing-related issues.
• Incorporate engineering changes and maintain drawing accuracy throughout the product lifecycle.
• Follow Design for Manufacturing (DFM) guidelines while preparing drawings.

Required Skills
