Job summary

Job description

Experienced Technical Draftsman (2-3 years of experience) with a Diploma / ITI background Your primary responsibility will be to create , update and modified CAD, 2D Drawing and documentation as per guidance. Create step-by-step assembly work instructions and technical documentation for our production floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Drafting: Create CAD designs with 2D drawings for manufacturing and assembly
• Technical Documentation: Author assembly work instructions (SOPs), user manuals, and other technical documentation for the production floor.
• Drawing updating: Updating of existing engineering drawing as per requirement with accuracy, feasibility, and compliance with industry standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with design engineers and the manufacturing/assembly team to resolve assembly, testing & fitment issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Diploma / ITI in Mechanical / Tool and Die making or equivalent.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on experience in creating 2D Drawings, 3D CAD files, and Documentation.
• CAD Software Expertise: Proficiency in at least one of the following: SolidWorks
• Office & Productivity Tools: Knowledge of Microsoft Word (for creating structured manuals/instructions).
• Strong familiarity with Google Sheets and Google Slides for data tracking and presentations.
